Production Supervisor – Steel Fabrication, Welding & Painting.Location:
Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in steel fabrication, welding, and painting to oversee daily production activities in our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve production targets while upholding safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production activities for steel fabrication, welding, and painting sections.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of technicians, welders, and painters.
- Review and interpret engineering/shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with planning, QC/QA, and HSE departments to meet project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and highlight any issues or delays.
- Train and guide staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in steel fabrication, welding, and industrial painting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of international welding standards and industrial painting/coating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
