- Follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable and collection status.
- Resolve payment disputes professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with legal or internal departments regarding overdue accounts.
- Conduct client visits if required for payment follow-up (fieldwork when necessary).
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Post and review journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial settlements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Support the preparation of VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax returns.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting and tax regulations (VAT, Zakat, WHT, etc.).
- Interact with government platforms and entities, including:
- Etimad Platform (Government Procurement)
- ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority)
- Qiwa Platform (Labor and Employment)
- GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Apply and monitor internal policies in line with Saudi legal and financial frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and collections, preferably in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws and government portals.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication in.
- Experience in working with government clients or government-funded projects.
- Previous experience with Etimad platform is highly desirable.
