The Senior Manager - Business Continuity Corporate at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a resilient business continuity program across the organization. This role focuses on assessing risks, developing strategies, and ensuring that the company can continue operations in the event of a disruption. The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure a unified approach to business continuity planning and recovery.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of continuity risks across critical business functions, including IT systems, supply chain, facilities, and operations.
- Design and implement business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify recovery priorities and dependencies. - Develop, maintain, collaborate and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure organizational resilience and readiness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including IT, Operations, HR, and Corporate Security—to ensure BCM plans are integrated, validated, and regularly updated.
- Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics related to business continuity and crisis response. - Facilitate training, awareness, and simulation exercises to build BCM capabilities across the organization.
- Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements related to business continuity and operational resilience.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, emergency management, or a related field.
- +8 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
- Professional certifications in Business Continuity or Risk Management (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer)
- Strong knowledge of BCM standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, COSO ERM). - Proven experience in developing and implementing BCM programs in complex organizational environments. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar is preferred.
