1. Must be very excellent and knowledgeable in recruitment for expats – local hiring and hiring outside Saudi Arabia. Sourcing experienced candidates and update in HR system
2. Organize communication with candidates and schedule interviews
3. Knowledgeable in documentation and in preparing HR reports relating to personnel activities - staffing, training, performance evaluations, employees’ complaints
4. Provide day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
5. Deals with employee’s needs regarding HR issues, rules and guidelines
6. Support in Payroll Department by providing appropriate data such as leaves, absences and bonusesSalary is negotiable.
Must have previous Gulf experiences as HR Assistant
Iqama is transferable
