Responsibilities:Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment used in tissue converting processes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Installation:
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure that installations meet safety and operational standards.
  • Monitoring Operations:
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or concerns.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement in machinery and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineers on machine upgrades and modifications.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports on machinery performance and maintenance activities.
  • Training:
  • Provide training to operators on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
8. RequirementsEducation:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, PLC) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or tissue converting environment.
  • Familiarity with tissue converting machinery and processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate machine performance and identify improvements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and report findings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Comfortable working in varying environments, including potentially noisy or high-temperature areas.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
2- Plastic & printing technician ::Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair:
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on blow molding, printing, and bag-making machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimize production downtime.
  • Machine Setup:
  • Set up and calibrate machines for production runs, ensuring specifications are met for different products.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Operational Monitoring:
  • Monitor machine operations to identify issues and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products and troubleshoot any deviations from standards.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on machine upgrades and process improvements.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Training:
  • Train operators on the proper use and maintenance of blow molding, printing, and bag-making machines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in plastic manufacturing technology.
Requirements: * Education:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical , Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., in PLC programming or hydraulic systems) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow molding and printing machines.
  • Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes and machinery.
