🍽️ Now Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor – Serein Restaurant UnaizahSerein Restaurant, a new high-end Lebanese restaurant located inside a private luxury farm in Unaizah, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.⸻✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dining area and kitchen
Supervise waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
Coordinate between front and back of house to maintain service quality
Report daily operations and issues to upper management
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are upheld

⸻🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in upscale restaurants
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOP)
Transferable Iqama only
Ability to perform under pressure and manage teams
Proficiency in using Foodics POS system is required
