- Lead and coordinate the plant TPM program inline with site strategy/OGSM and the regional/global TPM program.
- Proactively drive a continuous improvement culture to help realize the site vison.
- Ensre plant's TPM implementation is fully aligned to both site master plan and regional/global TPM strategy.
- Subject matter expert for Plant Manager and plant leadership team on all aspects of TPM governance and deployment.
- Coach and train all site associates in the effective application of TPM tools and techniques to achieve site KPI's.
- Proactively contribute to regional TPM community by developing and sharing best practice.
- Develop and promote loss driven culture through application of appropriate TPM tools and techniques.
- Identify and prioritize areas for continuous improvement through effective audits, benchmarking and gap analysis.
- Proactively support the delivery of SHE improvements via SHE Pillar ensuring alignment with site master plan.
- Ensure the use of lose analysis across the plant to identify opportunities and priorities actions.
- Support plant team to achieve the KPIs.
- Being the role model for the plant team mainly for the front liners and lead by example.
- Leading the show by spending time on floor for observations, Audit, identifying gaps / defects and actions on time.
- Coach, train and develop all associates in TPM fundamentals and effective application of TPM tools and techniques.
- Being certified as a subject matter expert in TPM according to Ecolab standards.
- Co-create, coordinate and organize plant's TPM steering committee, pillars and teams to ensure consistent deployment and delivery of results aligned with site master plan.
- Ensure TPM philosophy, processes and procedures become fully embedded and integrated into the site's culture and ways of working.
- Proactively contributes to regional TPM community including sharing of best practice, peer review, HPN Sessions and case studies.
- Monitor and report progress against site KPI's to identify and implement improvement programs.
- Be visible and accessible to the operations team, role model company values, vision and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Lead a group of pillars like the T&PD & 5S pillars; design and implement a competency management system for the plant.
- Help identify losses and/or implement changes to improve products and/or reduce costs.
- Coach TPM pillar teams to develop capability and deliver improvements.
- Develop and train associates in how to develop fundamental TPM tools including 5S, Kaizens, OPLs, SOPs, CIL, checklists and TPM trainings according to Ecolab standards, etc.
- Support all Pillars by being a reference and by providing materials and best practices from the regional or global communities.
- Coach all to implement loss analysis, KAIZENS, develop loss trees and deploy across plant.
- Create and maintain TPM master plan, incorporating benchmarking with other sites.
- Lead the plant towards gold certifications according to the agreed timeline and according to plant master plan/strategy.
- Promote the plant branding and CBN across the plant and elevate the visual management according to the best practices in the plant.
- Consistently delivers tasks on time and targeted quality.

- Initiates use of the Performance Planning & Development process to achieve personal goals and improve business performance. Identifies key technical experts and develops relationships to gain in-depth technical knowledge.
- Recognizes key business drivers (i.e. key performance indicators, metrics, OGSM, NPV, MIRR, etc.) and how they link to work plan.
- Demonstrates understanding of Supply Chain work processes (i.e. maintenance, production scheduling, Capacity, C/D, etc.).
- Recognizes markets the company operates in and major competitors.
- Incorporates financial metrics to justify projects (i.e. ROI, etc.).
- Identifies key decision makers in areas of responsibility.
- Considers multiple aspects of a decision or challenge.
- Develops more detailed alternatives prior to informing of decision.
- Identifies alternatives and makes recommendations to address issues.
- Demonstrates ability to make timely, accurate, and effective decisions.
- Recognizes when to elevate an issue or problem to supervisor.
- Considers best practice approaches internally and externally.
- 3+ Years of Experience in TPM field in a manufacturing plant.
- Working knowledge across Operations in adynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading), with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, being able to take data-driven and informative decisions.
