Albalatin Contracting Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer – E&I to join our Estimation Department at the Jubail Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Electrical & Instrumentation works across industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.???? Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications for E&I scope.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for Electrical & Instrumentation packages.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material and service quotations.
- Review project risks, contingencies, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with proposal, procurement, and planning teams to align estimate inputs.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering team.
- Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain a database of costing references and supplier/subcontractor information.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E&I estimation (preferably in contracting or EPC companies).
- Sound knowledge of ARAMCO, SABIC, or Royal Commission project specifications is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
- Strong understanding of pricing, materials, BOQ formats, and technical evaluation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must have worked in the SAUDI Location for the last 2 years
