You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our Project Development services. This role requires oversight across all business areas while working closely with leadership, operational teams, and clients to improve efficiency, enhance satisfaction, and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Analysis & Business IntelligenceCollect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to project development and account performanceDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiencyIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance data to generate actionable insights for leadershipSupport the development of predictive models to forecast future performance and resource needsConduct regular performance reviews and benchmarking against industry standardsStrategic Business ManagementProvide oversight across relevant business areas, identifying opportunities to streamline strategic and operational practicesLead PMO for operational initiatives that improve efficiencies, engagement and collaborationSupport implementation of business plans across the accountParticipate in business planning and review processesShare best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvementExecute special projects as directed by or on behalf of the Global Account DirectorAttend leadership meetings to identify actions and opportunities for streamliningClient EngagementManage business leader's client engagement strategy and activitiesReview executive sponsor client objectives and feedback to provide insightsMaintain oversight of client feedback and support development of action plansCollaborate with Sales Directors to support prospective client engagementAssist in preparation of client-facing reports and presentations on performance metricsPeople EngagementPartner with HR to support and promote people-related initiativesDrive people survey follow-up actions and communicationEnsure input and promotion of employee recognition programsSupport talent reviews and succession planning processesPromote career mobility within JLLLeadership Support & CoordinationWork closely with Executive Assistants to ensure meeting preparation and follow-upReview upcoming meetings to ensure business leaders have necessary information, agendas and objectivesDetermine priorities and identify opportunities to simplifySupport cross-functional collaboration to implement data-driven improvementsMarketing & CommunicationsCollaborate with internal communications director on internal/external communications plansSupport leadership input into presentations, reports, and communication materialsPromote "One JLL" storytelling by identifying, capturing, and sharing success storiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field7-10 years of experience in performance analysis and/or business management, preferably in real estateStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis softwareAdvanced Excel/Sharepoint skills and experience with database management systemsKnowledge of project development lifecycleExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skills, able to present complex data clearlyExperience with predictive modeling techniques is a plusDemonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and functionsLocation:On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
