- Support sales activities by providing technical input for certification, inspection, testing, and advisory service proposals.
- Understand client processes and requirements and translate them into compliant BV service solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and tender responses in line with BV standards.
- Participate in client meetings, technical clarifications, and presentations.
- Coordinate with operations, auditors, inspectors, and subject-matter experts to ensure feasibility and accuracy of offers.
- Support contract reviews, scope changes, and technical clarifications post-award.
- Contribute to market intelligence, customer feedback, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with BV procedures, accreditation rules, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or related).
- 3-7 years of experience in technical sales, certification, inspection, testing, or engineering services.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, or conformity assessment services is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding with commercial awareness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and internal technical teams.
- Proposal writing, tender support, and solution-selling skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance mindset.
- Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership and management, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization
- End-to-end P&L responsibility, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Commercial leadership with proven ability to manage P&L, pricing strategy, and profitability
