SWATX is looking for a talented RH Ansible Automation Platform - Staff Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and implementation services for the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, helping clients to automate their IT processes efficiently.Your expertise will allow clients to streamline their operations, reduce manual workloads, and improve overall system reliability. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design tailored automation solutions, and support them throughout the implementation process.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Strong understanding of automation concepts, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and system administration.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Proficient in Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to work effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or related certifications are desirable.
