  • Manage and process all government-related documentation including:
  • Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation.
  • Work permit applications and renewals.
  • Exit/Re-entry and Final Exit visa processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
  • Handle documentation for GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) and Muqeem system updates.
  • Represent the company at labor offices, Jawazat, ministries, chamber of commerce, passport office, and other relevant departments.
  • Submit necessary documents and coordinate approvals for Saudization and other local employment compliance.
  • Support HR in maintaining accurate employee legal status records.
  • Update management on changes in government laws and policies impacting business operations.
  • Coordinate with PRO agents or legal representatives as needed.

  • Saudi National preferred (for access to government portals).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar GRO or PRO role.

  • Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Proficient in using government portals such as Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, MOL, and Taqat.
