- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for residential offerings, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the residential sales team to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders to expand the client base.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Represent Qiddiya at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of relevant experience in residential sales, with a track record of successfully leading sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the residential real estate market and sales processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
