In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help organizations drive data-driven decision-making while maintaining the highest governance standards.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.

Conduct assessments of existing data governance practices and identify improvement opportunities.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to data governance standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

Monitor and report on compliance with data governance policies, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or consulting.

Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Proven ability to analyze complex data systems and recommend actionable improvements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are advantageous.

Familiarity with data governance tools and platforms for managing data quality and compliance.

Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
