We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and supervise construction and infrastructure projects
Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project teams
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
Identify and resolve technical issues and construction challenges
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements
Manage project documentation, reports, and records
Assist in material estimation, cost control, and resource planning
Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidanceRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects
Proven experience in handling large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologiesTechnical Skills Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
Knowledge of construction management tools and software
Strong understanding of structural design, site execution, and project coordination
Familiarity with local construction standards and regulationsKey Skills and Competencies
