About the Construction Manager Mechanical positionWe are looking for a reliable Construction Manager Mechanical who will be responsible in planning, directing and coordinating mechanical phases of works through functional supervisory personnel, assigned activities with various mechanical work groups and ensuring execution of mechanical works, facilities, and associated systems. Participate in the conceptual mechanical development of the project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation in conformance with all standards and specifications. Good knowledge about financial and quality aspects is also required.Responsibilities:

Organize mechanical scope of works from conception to completion, ensuring that contractual conditions of performance are met
Perform in-depth reviews of project deliverables, schedules, costs and work progress, on a regular basis
Supervise all onsite and offsite executions to monitor compliance with related codes and safety regulations
Organize and lead trade workers and subcontractors
Prepare tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Create internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan, analyse and manage risks and problems, developing counter-measures on beforehand
Review and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
Adhere to quality mechanical standards and the use of proper execution techniques

Requirements:

10 to 15 years of proven experience in the field of Residential Type of construction,
Has strong leadership and exceptional understanding of other of all disciplines from site activities point of view,
GCC is Experience is a MUST, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience is ESSENTIAL
FIDIC Yellow Book (Design and Build) Based Project Experience is ESSENTIAL
5 years solid background as Construction Manager Mechanical or similar position,
Profound experience with mechanical products, execution details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards,
Good experience of participation at all stages of mechanical works, including collaboration, leading and planning,
Practical experience with construction management software packages,
Strong time and project management skills,
Strong leadership and human resources management skills,
Conflict and crisis management skills,
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering,
