About the Role:

Join a leading construction firm as an Electrical Design Lead, where you'll drive innovation and sustainability across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of electrical design engineers
Oversee the design and planning of energy-efficient electrical systems
Manage full project lifecycle—from concept to commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety standards and sustainability goals
Liaise with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
Promote continuous learning and technical excellence within the team

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10–15 years of experience in electrical design, with 5+ in a leadership role
Proven track record in consultancy projects
Strong knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient systems
