✔ The Procurement Manager is responsible for properly implementing and executing overall procurement strategy and ensuring its alignment with the overall business objectives and that the machinery, components and supplies needed to operate efficiently and safely.
✔ Participate in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
✔ Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study.
✔ Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.✨Background and Experience Required :
✅ Saudi Aramco Approval as Procurement Manager for pipeline project
✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (CIPS/CPSM certification is a plus)
✅ Experience: Minimum 10 years in procurement, with a focus on oil & gas materials purchasing
