Plant Controller, Riyadh

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis for all plant cost lines (e.g., Processing Costs, Utilization Variance).
• Monitor KPIs such as Euro/ton, productivity ratios, and cost per unit
• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Ensure accurate cost allocation across production, engineering, logistics, and warehousing functions
• Identify risks and opportunities in plant cost structures and drive financial improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of business plans, long-term financial models, and profitability simulations for SC projects.
• Track inventory valuation and related cost movements (slow-moving, excess stock provisions).

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving common goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex situations and implementing effective solutions.
