We deliver state-of-the-art healthcare solutions designed for remote environments, ensuring full compliance with MMSR, MOH, ARAMCO, and JHAH standards.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Remote Area Clinic Supervisor to lead the setup, operation, and compliance of remote site clinics. The role requires expertise in healthcare management, compliance readiness, audits, and team training, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Setup: Oversee infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.Staffing & Training: Recruit and train male nurses, ambulance drivers, and other healthcare professionals.Compliance & Audits: Prepare and maintain documentation for MMSR, ARAMCO, and JHAH audits; ensure calibration and maintenance of medical equipment.Coordination: Work closely with HR, administration, procurement, and business development teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.Operational Excellence: Develop strategies for efficiency, patient care, and regulatory compliance; resolve challenges in remote site operations.Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports on clinic performance, staff activities, and resource utilization.Representation: Act as the point of contact during internal and external audits with JHAH/ARAMCO.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in remote or challenging environments.In-depth knowledge of MOH, MMSR, ARAMCO, and JHAH standards.Proven leadership and presentation skills.Valid driving license and familiarity with remote project sites.Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and report preparation.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why Join Us?Lead high-impact healthcare projects across remote environments.Work with autonomy in a challenging yet rewarding role.Competitive salary & benefits package.Be part of one of Saudi Arabia’s leading healthcare providers.Application ProcessPlease submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to:
