This strategic role requires expertise in financial planning, cost control, and commercial management, with responsibility for delivering projects within budget while maximizing value for clients.What your day-to-day will look like:Pre-Contract ServicesLead strategic cost planning and budget development for major projectsPrepare detailed cost estimates and lifecycle cost analyzeLead value engineering workshops and studiesLead tender evaluation processes and contractor selectionDevelop cash flow projections and financial modelsPost-Contract ServicesManage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projectsLead contract administration and change management processesImplement robust cost control systems and proceduresLead commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategiesManage complex claims and dispute resolution processesDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Proficiency with ACONEX Connected Cost software
Expert knowledge of measurement and estimating techniques
Strong understanding of construction technology and methodologies
Experience with digital cost management tools and platforms

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance
Advanced degree (MSc/MBA) preferred
Chartered membership with RICS, AIQS, or equivalent professional body
Minimum 10-12 years of progressive cost management experience
