• Support daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor site activities and report on performance against operational targets.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies specific to the construction environment.
• Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of site activities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation regarding site operations, incidents, and compliance status.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety culture on-site.

• Proven experience in construction operations or site management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH) are preferred.
