- Manage Daily Plant Maintenance Operations, ensuring effective troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Spare Parts Inventory Management, including identification of required spares, finding suppliers, ordering, stock control, and vendor management.
- Management of Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program
- Lead End-to-End Improvement Projects from ideation to implementation, commissioning, and handover to production teams.
- Identify and Implement Cost-Saving and Cost-Avoidance Initiatives
- Knowledge in DCS/SCADA Systems
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime and find short-term and long-term solutions.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- 5+ Years of Experience in chemical plant’ maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge across Engineering Disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading), with excellent communication skills.
- 2+ years in Leadership and Team Development, including coaching and mentoring of maintenance staff.
- Analytical thinking, being able to take data-driven and informative decisions.
- 1+ year Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
