- Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, home décor, and furniture, sharing relevant insights with customers.
- Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Serve as a trusted advisor – from initial welcome to after-sales support – ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards by organising displays, replenishing stock, and arranging visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the showroom team, interior designers, and operations staff to deliver excellence at every touchpoint.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that maintain the company’s reputation for outstanding service.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within homewear, furniture, or a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable passion for interior design, home décor, or furnishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients of diverse backgrounds.

- Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly regarded.
