We are looking for a skilled Lead Estimation Engineer to prepare detailed and competitive project estimates for civil construction in KSA. The candidate should have experience in using estimation software and excellent communication skills in Arabic.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review cost estimates for civil projects
Interpret drawings and technical specifications
Use AutoCAD and CCS Candy for estimating and quantity take-offs
Collaborate with project teams and clients during bid preparation
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
Ensure estimates are accurate, thorough, and competitive
Support project planning and budgeting processesRequirements:10+ years of civil engineering experience
5+ years of contracting experience in KSA
Proficiency in AutoCAD and CCS Candy software
Fluent in Arabic
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
