- Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B).
- Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of new vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Syarah procurement policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in dealing with suppliers and clients.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
