SWATX is on the lookout for a proactive and knowledgeable Functional Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Functional Specialist will play a key role in understanding client requirements, mapping them to functional specifications, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You will leverage your expertise to facilitate system configuration and optimization, guiding clients to achieve their operational goals.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and configure solutions within applications to meet business needs while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet functional specifications.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize the use of implemented solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for applications, processes, and user guides.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project objectives with stakeholder requirements.
Analyze system data, identify functional gaps, and recommend enhancements or changes to optimize application performance.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Functional Specialist, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of application functionality and the ability to analyze business requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Proficient in creating detailed documentation and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.
