- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales representatives as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
