The Senior Director Assurance and Audit leads the strategic direction and execution of the Assurance and Audit function within Qiddiya’s Strategic Delivery Unit - Quality. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of quality assurance and audit practices across all Development Business Units and Asset Delivery Teams. The incumbent will define and implement the assurance and audit strategy, oversee compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure audit readiness across the organization. This includes assuring stage gate deliverables, procurement quality, design compliance, and delivery execution. The role also involves leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership.
