Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team and support our client in overseeing a large-scale development project. As the Development Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert guidance and strategic direction to ensure the successful execution of the project from conception to delivery.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate closely with the client to understand project objectives, vision, and requirements, aligning strategies with business goals and market dynamics.Provide leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive project management plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Oversee all phases of the development process, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other external stakeholders, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.Monitor project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.Facilitate regular meetings, presentations, and status updates with the client and project team, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate project status, performance metrics, and recommendations to client senior management and key stakeholders.Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completionExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, or related fields, with a focus on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
