Al Moallam (CJSC) Company, one of the major contracting companies for Saudi Aramco & SEC looking for a full time, experienced Multicraft Foreman for the FMD division.The candidates should have the following:Shall possess Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years) from a fully accredited and reputed University.
Must have 5 - 6 years’ experience in MEP Building Maintenance in the Middle East.
Must have experience in the maintenance of Swimming Pools/RO Plant / STP Plant.
Must be fluent in English.
Shall have the capability to understand the project drawings and execute the work as per the approved plan maintaining quality & safety standards.
Should monitor the daily activities at the site and assign the task to the team member to achieve progress as per the plan and schedule.
Must be capable of leading the Skilled & unskilled labors at the site.
Should be able to coordinate with the clients and prepare the required project reports.
