We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused After-Sales Manager to lead our after-sales operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through service, parts, and warranty operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and team management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, parts department, and customer support.
  • Develop and implement after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and optimize service workflow, technician productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Set and achieve performance targets including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage warranty processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor parts inventory, ordering efficiency, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
  • Prepare regular reports on department performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle service operations, parts, and warranty handling.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Office.
