Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to meet company revenue and growth targets.Manage the daily operations of the company’s website and online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Noon, etc.).Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance and optimize sales funnels.Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media to drive traffic and sales.Work with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure the website is visually appealing, functional, and up to date with products, pricing, and promotions.Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.Handle relationships with third-party platforms, payment gateways, and logistics providers.Oversee customer service processes to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience and maintain high satisfaction rates.Stay current on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.8+ years of proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, web analytics, and conversion optimization.Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
