- Lead and execute the product roadmap in alignment with e-commerce and digital marketing objectives.
- Define, write, and prioritize user stories within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Enhance UX/UI design for intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Analyze user data and market trends to inform product improvements.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, CRM, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and performance marketing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
