- Lead the development of hospitality-focused strategies and initiatives aligned with Qiddiya’s vision and international standards of excellence.
- Manage the end-to-end development process for hotels, from feasibility and concept through handover and operations.
- Collaborate with global hotel operators, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution that meets brand, regulatory, and guest experience standards.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps across luxury, lifestyle hospitality segments.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, government entities, investors, and community representatives.
- Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the development process.
- Champion sustainability by embedding green building practices and ESG principles in all hospitality developments.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and the board on project status, budgets, and critical milestones.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the development team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in hospitality development, with a strong track record in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and concept development for major hotel projects.
- Deep understanding of hospitality brand standards, operator selection, technical services agreements, and hotel asset planning.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams across feasibility, design, and project execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging hotel operators, investors, and government authorities.
