He\she will be responsible for the operational aspect of delivering digital tools services. Using Tam’s packaged solutions, the digital operations team satisfies the client/project objectives. The day to day includes operating digital tools, collecting client’s requirements, communicating with internal teams, managing different teams of freelance workers. Additionally, the Assistant/Associate will participate in strategic product management activities to enhance product functionality.Key responsibilities and objectives:

+2 years of experience in account management and client servicing, Process improvements and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferred specializations include Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.
