- Lead and manage the design process for various projects, including conceptualization, design development, and design documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective coordination and integration of design elements
- Review design concepts and provide feedback and guidance to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
- Manage the design budget and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the preparation of design documents, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design objectives with project goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of design principles and practices
- Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
