- Develop and implement learning plans, retention strategies, performance management, and workforce planning
- Increase associate satisfaction and engagement for project team
- Work closely with KBR’s HR to develop effective HR policies for the project
- Plan, develop, and implement strategy for HR management and development including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Policy and practice
- Discipline
- Grievance
- Counselling
- Pay and conditions
- Contracts
- Training and development
- Succession planning
- Moral and motivation
- Performance appraisal
- Quality management issues
- Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements
- Support evaluation of HR strategy and performance in collaboration with project maintenance team
- Plan and develop tools for employee performance appraisal, job evaluation, and development
- Plan and direct training for employees
- Work with other functional Heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
- Ensure all Heads are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field
- 5 + years of experience in a HR roles
- Fluent in writing and reading English
- Proficient understanding of SAP
- Strong understanding of HR management
