Level: Director / Executive LeadershipJob Purpose:To lead and manage the B2B sales strategy across Saudi Arabia and the GCC for steel products, industrial solutions, or security systems. This role requires a strong background in heavy industries and a proven ability to build high-value relationships, drive strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performance sales team to exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with overall corporate goals.Define KPIs, sales targets, and business development plans for the region.Oversee the performance of the national/regional sales teams.Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new industrial clients in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, and government sectors.Expand market share in the steel and/or industrial security sector.Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships at senior levels.Team ManagementRecruit, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and account executives.Conduct performance reviews and sales coaching to elevate team performance.Client Engagement & Key AccountsBuild long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement heads.Deliver client-specific solutions and support post-sales coordination.Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in KSA and GCC.Provide feedback to R&D and production for product enhancements or innovation.Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to Saudi regulatory and compliance standards.Report on pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly performance.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Industry experience in steel manufacturing, heavy industrial equipment, or industrial-grade security solutions.Deep understanding of the KSA and GCC industrial sectors.Strong network in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, defense, or logistics.
