We're hiring a seasoned IT Manager to lead the full technology function for a growing regional business. This role combines ERP ownership, infrastructure leadership, and digital innovation across multiple entities.

Define and execute a business-aligned IT strategy, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
Lead the customization, integration, and optimization of Odoo ERP, ensuring it supports operations across retail, warehousing, logistics, finance, HR, and manufacturing.
Manage ERP vendors and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
Oversee the design and stability of IT infrastructure across regional offices.
Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, compliance, and system uptime.
Drive the execution of IT projects including software deployments, upgrades, and cloud/security initiatives.
Set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor delivery.
Enforce data protection policies aligned with GCC regulations (especially Saudi Arabia & Kuwait), and establish enterprise-level cybersecurity frameworks.

Lead the IT transformation for a premium brand expanding across GCCJoin an executive team that values tech leadership for strategic growth

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within retail/consumer good/luxury brands
Expertise in Odoo ERP - functional and technical certifications is a MUST
Proven success in managing large-scale ERP implementations and cross-functional tech teams
Experience in multi-country IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Cybersecurity (CISSP/CISM) are a strong advantage
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset
