- Regularly visit all the customers in the region and present our aftersales services as the authorized distributor in Saudi Arabia.
- Prepare AMT quotations, present them to the customers, and negotiate closing deals.
- Track the provided quotes to customers and ensure they are turned into orders. Monitor the delivery of parts and services to guarantee they are fulfilled as promised.
- Oversee the payment process to ensure timely receipt of funds. Document the completed services in both the supplier's and agent's systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell aftermarket products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team for accurate solution development and implementation.
- Explore new initiatives and implement them to increase the sales of spare parts.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide technical support.
