Come work with us and let's build something great together!Military experience is a plus.This is not a teleworking position.S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a FMS Task Coordinator to support our STORM program on Redstone Arsenal, AL.Description:The FMS Task Coordinator serves as programmatic support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) taskers/inquiries related to all FMS cases involving STORM products to include missiles, rockets, launchers, practice rockets, test equipment, and support equipment.Responsibilities:· Provides support in coordination between elements of the Engineering Directorate, STORM Project Office, STORM PO Security, and International Programs Directorate to formulate responses to taskers/inquiries related to the FMS community.· Provides support in tracking assigned actions and status and updating action item tracker spreadsheets.· Responds to tracking/responding to action items and provides responses through spreadsheets.· Facilitates meetings, support briefings, and coordinates meeting minutes.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, Masters and 8 years of experience, Associate’s and 12 years of experience or HS and 14 years of experience.· 5 years or more experience related to FMS tasks and activities.· 3 or more years of experience coordinating within government agencies in support of FMS inquiries.· 3 or more years of experience working in an Integrated product team addressing program action items and suspenses.· 3 or more years of experience providing/briefing leadership with status of program and associated actions and accomplishments.· Secret or higher DoD security clearance.Systems Studies and Simulation, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
