The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Join the exceptional pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a pioneering luxury destination on Saudi Arabia’s west coast. As Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing high-quality carpentry work throughout the property, ensuring all woodwork, furnishings, fixtures, and decorative elements are maintained to Four Seasons' impeccable standards.What You Will Do
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on woodwork across guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Construct, repair, and refurbish furniture, doors, windows, cabinetry, and decorative wood features.
  • Assist with installations and adjustments of fixtures, paneling, and signage.
  • Ensure workspaces and tools are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for repair requests and project needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and recycling materials where possible
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, resort, or commercial setting.
  • Skilled in woodworking tools, equipment, and various finishing techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craftsmanship and quality.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices, manual handling, and workplace hazard management.
  • Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
