Field Service Engineer (FSE) - Saudi Arabia (KSA) 5000 SAR (Per Month)Accommodation/Travel/Living Allowances + Tax Free - 12 Months Fixed Term ContractA Field Service Engineer (FSE) opportunity has become available for one of Saudi Arabia's leading off highway equipment and machines dealer who provides fully integrated construction machinery products and services to both private and public sector customers.The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be Experienced in Engine Troubleshooting and report to the Branch Manager. The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible to carry out correct and zero-defect repair in the allotted time frame and diagnose problems on all types of units trained on. Also the Field Service Engineer (FSE) will conduct Failure Analysis to determine the root cause(s) of repeat breakdowns.Principal Accountabilities:

Troubleshoot and repair failures in the safest, quickest possible manner.
Evaluate parts for re-usability and order parts using correct and current time etc.
Return unused parts on job completion to facilitate job closing and invoicing.
Maintain all filed vehicles if made available, in a clean and presentable condition.
Write service or job reports on each job. And maintain good customer contacts/relations.
Uses special tools in a safe and careful manner, reporting any damage or breakage immediately to the supervisor.
Work overtime when required and observe company safety rules at all times.
Be willing and capable of passing on skills to trainees under supervision.

To apply for this position, you should have the following:

Mechanical Engineering Education and Training.
Experience in diagnosing problems on related machinery/equipment/engines.
Experience in solving the problem right the first time.
Experience of Liaising with colleagues and management.
Ability to work alone without supervision, most of this on dealer products.
Good troubleshooting skills as a significant portion of time will be spent on it.
Good team leadership and self-motivation skills.
Ability to work properly under pressure in a teamwork spirit.
An Innovative and interactive type of worker.
