1. JOB DETAILS
Position Title: Principal Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Department: Sales
2. JOB PURPOSE
He will be responsible to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship.
3. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales, Collection & EBITDA targets
5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Customer service, Operations, QC, Logistics, Finance

External: Customers, Banks
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification & Experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Industrial marketing
5-6 years related working experience with established contacts in the USA market
Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitments and professionalism
Knowledge of using SAP/ERP system, MS excel/word/Power point
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure
