We are seeking an experienced E&I QC Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation installations are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards. The E&I QC Inspector will conduct regular inspections, monitor progress, and report any defects or non-conformities to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical and instrumentation installations, including cable laying, termination, and testing
- Verify that all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, ISA)
- Monitor progress and report any defects or non-conformities to the project team
- Ensure that all materials and equipment meet the required specifications and standards
- Witness and document testing and commissioning activities (e.g., loop checking, functional testing)
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities
- Provide training and guidance to electricians, instrument technicians, and site staff on quality control proceduresRequirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience (KSA) in E&I quality control
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, ISA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
