• Powder application: Using electrostatic spray guns or automated equipment to coat surfaces evenly.
• Curing process: Placing coated parts into an oven where heat fuses the powder into a hard finish.
• Equipment maintenance: Cleaning spray guns, booths, and filters to keep operations smooth. minimum experience required 2 years. salary base on experience.
