Eram Talent is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Project Planning Lead specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for Aramco projects. Located in Saudi Arabia, you will be at the forefront of managing project planning and scheduling activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of some of the largest and most complex projects in the oil and gas sector.The work location would be in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Aramco EPC projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather relevant information and incorporate it into scheduling processes.
  • Utilize advanced scheduling software tools, such as Primavera P6, to create, analyze, and update project timelines thoroughly.
  • Identify potential scheduling issues and risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular schedule progress reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings, ensuring effective communication of planning and scheduling activities.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and scheduling methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the EPC sector, specifically for Aramco projects.
  • Expert proficiency in planning software, particularly Primavera P6 or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and present it in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with exceptional organization and time management skills.
