EPC delivers design–build, testing & commissioning, and maintenance services for Fire Alarm, Firefighting, and Low-Current/ELV systems across major projects in KSA.Role Overview
We’re hiring a driven Junior Business Development Executive to grow EPC’s pipeline, manage client relationships, and support bids in fire & life safety and low-current systems. You’ll work closely with Estimation/Proposals, Projects, and Finance to convert opportunities into awarded work.Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Identify opportunities (prequalifications, RFQs/RFPs, tender portals) and coordinate bid/no-bid.
- Arrange and lead client meetings, capability presentations, and site/office visits.
- Coordinate with Estimation/Proposals to prepare techno-commercial offers and compliance docs.
- Track submissions, follow up on clarifications, and support negotiations through award.
- Keep CRM and weekly reports updated (leads, meetings, proposals, pipeline value, win/loss).
- Maintain up-to-date credentials: company profile, project references, approvals, vendor listings.
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market intel; share insights with leadership.
- Support collections hand-off and client satisfaction during early project phases.
- 3–5 years in Business Development/Sales in construction/MEP; Fire Alarm, Firefighting, and/or ELV exposure is a strong plus.
- Understanding of tendering workflows: PQs, RFQs/RFPs, BOQs/spec compliance, commercial terms.
- Comfortable reading drawings/specs at a high level; able to liaise with engineering/estimation teams.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, follow-through mindset; accurate reporting in CRM and Excel/PowerPoint.
- Languages: Professional English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (Engineering preferred).
- Driving license and willingness to travel within KSA.
