EPC delivers design–build, testing & commissioning, and maintenance services for Fire Alarm, Firefighting, and Low-Current/ELV systems across major projects in KSA.Role Overview
We’re hiring a driven Junior Business Development Executive to grow EPC’s pipeline, manage client relationships, and support bids in fire & life safety and low-current systems. You’ll work closely with Estimation/Proposals, Projects, and Finance to convert opportunities into awarded work.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across consultants, main contractors, and developers.
  • Identify opportunities (prequalifications, RFQs/RFPs, tender portals) and coordinate bid/no-bid.
  • Arrange and lead client meetings, capability presentations, and site/office visits.
  • Coordinate with Estimation/Proposals to prepare techno-commercial offers and compliance docs.
  • Track submissions, follow up on clarifications, and support negotiations through award.
  • Keep CRM and weekly reports updated (leads, meetings, proposals, pipeline value, win/loss).
  • Maintain up-to-date credentials: company profile, project references, approvals, vendor listings.
  • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market intel; share insights with leadership.
  • Support collections hand-off and client satisfaction during early project phases.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
  • 3–5 years in Business Development/Sales in construction/MEP; Fire Alarm, Firefighting, and/or ELV exposure is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of tendering workflows: PQs, RFQs/RFPs, BOQs/spec compliance, commercial terms.
  • Comfortable reading drawings/specs at a high level; able to liaise with engineering/estimation teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, follow-through mindset; accurate reporting in CRM and Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Professional English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (Engineering preferred).
  • Driving license and willingness to travel within KSA.
