- Lead the repair operations team in KSA, managing all operational and technical queries for the Compression & Steam Turbine Generator fleet.
- Ensure accountability for KPIs, including operational cost absorption, safety, on-time delivery, and quote response time.
- Represent Compression in client interactions, resolving complex technical queries with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide technical support and guidance for TCP/RCE Products, offering training and leadership to Field Service Personnel.
- Oversee technical support during machine shutdowns, utilizing the Remote Diagnostic System for unit availability and first-line response.
- Define service bulletins and recommendations to enhance client performance, coordinating with Product Competence Centers and reviewing site visit reports.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with proven leadership and management experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in operation and maintenance, field service activities, and engineering related to rotating and compression equipment.
- Expertise in repair technologies, including mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, vibration analysis, NDT methods, and welding techniques.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas market, familiarity with Siemens Energy's compression fleet, and collaboration with Product Competence Centers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to train and support Field Service personnel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
